When a large order is placed, it is vetted by fraud protection. If fraudulence is detected, the order will be placed on hold. After further investigation, the order will either be approved or canceled.

- If approved, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- If detected, your order will be canceled. If you feel your order has been incorrectly canceled, please reach out to our customer service team at help@gabrielleunion.com.

Gabrielle Union offers several payment options for your convenience. We also partner with Shop Pay & PayPal. In addition, we offer payment by credit card, debit card or gift card.

We do our best to ensure on-time deliveries however, order delays can happen for a variety of reasons. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 4-7 business days from date or purchase, please reach out to customer service team at help@gabrielleunion.com.

To redeem a promotion code, please enter the promo code into the “gift card or discount code” field at checkout.

If a promo code is invalid, the code is either expired or the merchandise in your cart does not qualify. Please refer to our promotion code disclaimer or reach out to our customer service team at help@gabrielleunion.com.

Shipping:

• If you have a Gabrielle Union account, you can track your order by logging in and navigating to “My Orders” in the Account menu. There, you can access your order info and shipment status.
• If you do not have a Gabrielle Union account, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information from the carrier.

• Gabrielle Union charges $6.95 for orders under $99, pre-tax. Orders are shipped within 4-7 business days.
• Gabrielle Union offers expedited shipping on qualifying items. If products qualify, the expedited shipping option will appear at checkout. Expedited shipping is a $25 flat rate and will ship the same day if the order is placed before 12 PM EST. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will ship the following business day.
• Gabrielle Union ships to the lower 48 states. Currently, we do not offer shipping to Puerto Rico.
• Gabrielle Union does not offer international shipping.
• Oversized items are subject to a $15 delivery surcharge. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied for returns on oversized items.

Gabrielle Union offers expedited shipping on qualifying items. If products qualify, the expedited shipping option will appear at checkout. Expedited shipping is a $25 flat rate and will ship the same day if the order is placed before 12 PM EST. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will ship the following business day.

Please allow an extra day for the carrier to deliver your order. If you still have not received your order, please file a claim directly with the carrier provider. Please reach out to our customer service team at help@gabrielleunion.com with any additional questions and/or concerns.

Gabrielle Union does not offer international shipping.

Returns & Exchanges:

The customer has 30 days from the date of purchase to return any unworn, unwashed and undamaged merchandise. A $6.95 return fee will be deducted from the original purchase amount.

Our return window begins 30 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
